Our private practice focuses on Your Human Experience, the fissures or fractures that you have experienced. Our unique process will help you develop a space of curiosity and become present to your past in order to find relief from the pain and/or trauma it is causing in your present. Together we will turn your attention to healing the hurt, deep losses and pain from the past that are holding you back and explore new creative ways of thinking and being to help you freely move forward.

Our Process

Whether you are seeking a deeper understanding of self or have something specific you wish to address, we will work together to develop a treatment plan that is unique and individual to you.

Therapeutic Techniques

Our therapeutic process is creative in nature, with a foundation in dance therapy and Psychoanalytic Psychology, we draw additionally from creative art therapies and more structured therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness and relaxation to create the best treatment plan to address your needs.

Our goal is to use the combination of techniques that open up the space of curiosity and exploration for you to be able to freely express yourself and move forward towards the life you wish to create.
